Here’s how it works:

First, you’ll keep a record of what you eat for a few days. There’s no right or wrong here. We need to establish a baseline and figure out how to move forward.

Then we’ll meet so I can learn more about you–your activities, your life with eating, with weight, and how you feel about that.

Then we’ll come up with a plan that is realistic for you. I’ll help you with roadblocks along the way.

Nutrition Services and Fees:

Initial Consult up to 60 minutes, can be in person or by phone $160 individual, $255 couple 
Initial Consult plus fitness review and recommendations up to 75 minutes, can be in person or by phone $200 individual, $360 couple 
Follow-Up up to 30 minutes, can be in person or by phone $90 individual, $145 couple
Four-Pack (prepaid) four follow-ups within 3 months, in person or by phone, $300 individual, $500 couple
Eight-Pack (prepaid) eight follow-ups within 6 months, in person or by phone, $550 individual, $900 couple
Weekly Sessions per Month weekly in-person or phone sessions on a monthly basis, $260 per month

Coaching Services

We offer individualized running coaching for $225 per month. Email or call Jess to discuss the details.
