First, you’ll keep a record of what you eat for a few days. There’s no right or wrong here. We need to establish a baseline and figure out how to move forward.
Then we’ll do video or phone session so I can learn more about you–your activities, your life with eating, with weight, and how you feel about that.
Then we’ll come up with a plan that is realistic for you. I’ll help you with roadblocks along the way.
