I’m a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree from Bastyr University. I know nutrition.
I’m also an experienced fitness coach with a passion for running.
I’ve been helping people hone their nutrition habits and improve body composition for years, figuring out what works and what doesn’t for all sorts of clients, with different goals, different body types, different lives.
