Are you tired of basing your health and fitness on what the internet tells you to do?
Does the conflicting running advice you get from friends make your head spin?

There is another way.

I’m an experienced running coach with my own passion for running.

I’m also a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree from Bastyr University.

I’ve been helping people hone their training habits for years, figuring out what works for all sorts of clients,

with different goals, different histories, and different lives.

Here’s my promise: No judgement. No one-size-fits-all coaching plans. No shame.
And unlike the internet, I’m truly here to help.

Running Coaching

I love working one-on-one with runners and their goals. I care about helping runners feel strong, powerful and confident no matter where they’re at on their fitness journey. My coaching style is focused on effort levels versus specific paces. I want my clients to learn how to feel different efforts and work from within instead of focusing too much on external indicators, such as watches and other gadgets. Reach out and let’s talk if you are interested. I am a good fit for some and not for others.
